This question comes up quite often, so here’s a quick breakdown of how I plan and put together large projects.
So here is the outline of how I line paint most armies.
This time using a dwarf army.
After removing mould lines and assembling some minimal parts of the models, I sort them out depending on which color I want to prime/airbrush them.
In clockwork order from top left: Green, Silver, Brown, Black.
Spray your parts. That sounds dirty.
Once that’s done, airbrush in the color you want. When everything is airbrushed, sort out the parts into units and work from there.
And voilà, you are now ready to take on your next project like a pro!
